1. Check which email you've received
- Order confirmation: we've received your order and are getting it ready. It hasn't been sent yet.
- Despatch email: your order is on its way. This email includes your tracking details.
If you've only had a confirmation, your order hasn't been despatched yet.
2. Is anything on pre-order?
If your order includes a pre-order item, we're waiting for stock from the supplier. The lead time is shown on the product page. See Pre-orders and out of stock items.
3. Track your parcel
Once despatched, use the tracking link in your despatch email:
Heavy machinery over 30kg is sent by pallet delivery, usually a 2-3 working day service. The pallet company may contact you to arrange delivery.
4. Who will the parcel be from?
Parcels may show as being from Mabie Todd Limited, the company behind Greenvill Crafts. Please let your reception or post room know if you're ordering to a workplace.

Please contact us using our online form with your order number (starting GVS). We're a small team and are often busy packing orders or in the shop, so the form is usually much quicker than phoning. Sending repeated messages can slow things down, as each one joins the queue.
