Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too!

If we receive notification from you prior to despatch of your parcel, we will cancel your order and issue a refund to your original payment source.

Once despatched, you have the option to request a return within 30 days from the day after receipt of your order.

Following approval of your return, the item/s must be returned to us within 14 days.

What if I want to speak to someone?

You can call us on 01423 209050. We are available during our shop opening hours.

We are a small team, so may not be able to answer every call. If your enquiry is not urgent, please consider using our contact form.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the UK.

Due to the huge number of international parcels being lost or returned by customs we have stopped sending international orders.

We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause

You can use a shipping forwarding service such as Forward To Me

How long will it take to receive my order?

If you place your order before 1PM Monday to Friday, you will normally receive your order the next working day. (DPD, Parcel Force 24 & Royal Mail 24)

If Parcel Force 48 or Royal Mail 48 is used, it can take 2-3 days.

Next working day delivery via DPD, Parcel Force 24 and Royal Mail 24 is not guaranteed.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

You can request a return for your order up to 30 days after the day you received it.

Items must then be returned within 14 days after your return request has been approved.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unopened/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original unopened packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 working days from when we receive the item(s).

Your refund can take 5-7 days to appear on your statement, this is dependent on your bank.
