UK Delivery
For the majority of orders we use DPD Local, Parcel Force, and Royal Mail to deliver our parcels.
Orders placed prior to 1PM Monday to Friday are typically despatched the same day, although at busy times this may be the following day.
Delivery is typically charged at £5.99 inc VAT — this will be confirmed in your shopping cart prior to placing your order. Orders over £150 qualify for free delivery. Some larger items may be delivered free. Use the shipping calculator during checkout to confirm the exact price.
When a next day delivery option is shown at checkout, it is not guaranteed. This is typically a next working day delivery and does not include weekends. Occasionally your parcel may be delivered to you on a Saturday or Sunday.
- Royal Mail 48 / Parcel Force 48 aims to deliver within 2-3 days.
- Royal Mail 24 aims to deliver within 24 hours, but is not guaranteed.
- Special Delivery has a guaranteed before-1PM next day delivery option (does not include Saturday delivery).
You will see these charges in your shopping cart once you have entered your address.
Heavy Machinery
Parcels over 30kg cannot be sent via DPD/Royal Mail/Parcel Force, so a pallet delivery service is used. The rate shown at checkout is based on a 2-3 working day service. There may be occasions where we need to contact you to discuss delivery options if your address/parcel does not fit within the standard criteria.
We reserve the right to use alternative postal providers as and when necessary or to improve our service to you.
Northern Ireland
Due to recent GPSR legislation, we are not currently accepting orders from Northern Ireland.
Overseas Orders
Due to the overwhelming number of parcels delayed or missing in international post, we are no longer sending outside the UK.
You can still order with us if you use a mail forwarding service such as Forward To Me.
