Cancelling within 24 hours
If your order was placed less than 24 hours ago and hasn't been despatched yet, we can cancel it for you. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number (it starts with GVS).
Orders older than 24 hours
If it's more than 24 hours since you ordered but your order hasn't been despatched, contact us and our team will check where your order is and come back to you. Orders are often picked and packed quickly, so we can't always guarantee to stop them.
Pre-orders
If your order includes a pre-order item and you'd rather not wait for the stock to arrive, you can ask us to cancel the order and refund you. See Pre-orders and out of stock items for more on lead times.
Orders that have already been despatched
Once an order has been despatched we can't cancel it. You can still return it under our Return & Refund Policy. Please don't refuse delivery or leave a parcel uncollected at a pick-up point. Carriers charge us to return these, and that charge will be deducted from your refund.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds for cancelled orders go back to your original payment method. Please allow 2-4 working days for us to process it, plus the time your bank or card provider takes to show it in your account.
