Micro Mesh Acrylic Pen Finishing Kit
Micro Mesh acrylic sanding pads are designed to produce a high gloss, scratch free finish on acrylics and stabilised woods. They are also great on rings coated with a CA or UV resin finish.

How to use it
Work through the pads in order from 600 up to 12000, removing the scratches from each grit before moving to the next. Many turners use the pads wet on acrylic to keep the blank cool and the pad clean.
Foam backed pads
The foam backing lets the pad follow the curve of a pen barrel or ring, so the pressure stays even.
For natural woods
For natural, unstabilised woods, choose the Micro Mesh Pen Finishing Kit.
