African Ebony Pen Turning Blanks - Pack of 5

This pack of five African Ebony pen turning blanks is sized at approximately 19 x 19 x 150mm, ready for drilling and turning. A pack of five lets you make a matching set, or have spare blanks on hand for future projects.

Specification

• Timber: African Ebony
• Size: approx. 19 x 19 x 150mm each
• Pack: 5 blanks
• Code: ROTUR-AFEB-5

Using the blanks

Cut each blank to the length of your pen kit tubes, mark the centre, drill to the tube size and glue the tubes in. Square the ends with a barrel trimmer before turning.

Finishing

Exotic hardwoods can be finished with friction polish, CA glue or oil. Natural timbers vary, so the colour and grain of each blank will differ from the photographs.

Please note

Natural timber varies in colour and figure, so blanks may differ from the photographs. Some exotic timber dusts can be irritants, so use dust extraction and a suitable mask when sanding.
