Description
Spear & Jackson Carpenters Pencils x 12 (Medium)
This block of 12 Spear & Jackson medium (red) carpenters pencils has a graphite core in a painted hardwood outer. A handy toolbox essential, they are suitable for marking up on wood and plasterboard.
Specification
- Brand: Spear & Jackson
- Quantity: 12
- Grade: medium (red)
- Core: 6.5 x 2.7mm graphite
- Outer: painted hardwood
- Code: CPMR
Why a carpenters pencil
The flat shape stops the pencil rolling off a bench or out of a pocket, and the wide core can be sharpened to a chisel point for a fine, accurate line along a square or rule.
Grades
Available with medium (CPMR, red) and hard (CPHG, green) graphite. Medium leaves a darker, easier to see line; hard keeps its point longer.
Ideal for
- Marking out timber
- Plasterboard and building work
- Keeping in every toolbox
