Rifle Bolt Tec Pen Kit Bushings
These rifle bolt Tec pen kit bushings are turning bushings for the Tec kit. Bushings set the finished diameter at each end of the barrel, so you can turn your blank down flush with the kit fittings.
These bushings are for the Rifle Bolt Tec-Pen. They are not suitable for the standard rifle bolt kit.

How to use pen bushings
- Drill your blanks and glue in the kit tubes, then square the ends
- Slide the bushings and blanks onto the pen mandrel in the order shown in the kit instructions
- Turn each blank down until it is level with the bushings at both ends
- Sand and apply your finish, then press the kit together
Finishing tip
Swap the metal bushings for HDPE non-stick finishing bushings when you apply a CA finish, so the glue does not stick to them.
