Record Power Carbide Finishing Tool
The Record Power ProComfort Carbide Finishing Tool, 16mm round tip, 12” Handle 103762 is ideal for refined shaping and smooth finishing cuts. The circular shaft profile allows for the tool tip to be offered up to the workpiece at an angle to achieve clean cuts with minimal sanding needed.
Why Choose Record Power ProComfort Carbide Tools?
- Smooth, Clean Cuts - All tools feature the innovative ProComfort handle for improved comfort and control – the result of three years’ collaboration with ergonomics experts at Sheffield Hallam University.
- Impressive heavy-duty 16 mm diameter tool shafts – turn with increased stability and confidence.
- Generously sized carbide cutting tips make tackling larger work easier – our tips are larger than any other tools of a comparable size.
- No Sharpening – Simply rotate the cutter when worn out, to expose a fresh edge.
- Long-Lasting Performance – Record Power’s ISO-grade K2 tungsten carbide tips stay sharper far longer than HSS steel.
- Turn a wide variety of materials including wood, acrylic and resin.
All tips in the Record Power carbide range are manufactured with a 30-degree angle, optimised to give the best finish possible with ease. The combination of the ProComfort ergonomic handle design and maintenance-free carbide technology makes the Record Power carbide turning tools the perfect option for beginners and professionals alike.
