Delivery

UK DELIVERY
We use DPD to deliver the majority of our parcels in mainland UK.

DPD delivery is typically charged at a flat rate of £5.99 inc VAT this will be confirmed in your shopping cart prior to placing your order. (This is a subsidised price, we pay more than this). You can add many products to your cart and this rate will not change.

DPD offer a next day delivery - This is a next working day delivery 
and does not include weekends. Next day delivery is not guaranteed. Occasionally DPD may deliver your order on a Saturday or Sunday.

Where DPD do not service your delivery area, we use Royal Mail.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2-3 days, Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver with 24 hours. 

You will see these charges in your shopping cart once you have entered your address.

We reserve the right to use alternative postal providers as and when necessary.

Heavy Machinery

Items over 30KG have to be sent via a Pallet delivery service. The rates change based on the weight of the pallet and your location.

You will see the charge in your cart (or use the shipping calculator) - We have been able to obtain discounted rates for some of our heavy machinery - These are shown as a badge on the product category pages.

OVERSEAS ORDERS
We are not currently sending overseas due to the large number of delays and parcels going missing. You can use a mail forwarding service.

Description
• Final glossing stage of steel and ferrous metals • First and second stage polishing of non-ferrous metal • 12.7mm plain bore, for mounting onto the Axminster AW150BB • Not suitable for use with a pigtail type mounting • Made in the UKThe initial surface quality of the workpiece will determine the choice of mop and compound combination. The more refined the surface the softer the mop and the less abrasive the compound. Loose-leaf mops are good for first stage polishing on copper, brass and bronze, followed by a second loose-leaf with a finer compound for final glossing. These are the recommended mop for use with gold, silver, other precious metals, plastics and resins. They are the preferred mop for final finishing on harder metals such as steel, stainless steel and iron for a high gloss finish. These mops have a 12.7mm (1/2") plain bore, designed for direct mounting onto the Axminster AW150BB/AC150BB 150mm Buffing Machine. They can, of course, fit onto any similarly designed 12.7mm (1/2") or 13mm shaft. They are not suitable for use with a pigtail type mounting. The thickness of these mops is approximately 13mm. Use a felt tip pen to note the compound used on the mop to avoid cross contamination. Made in the UK.
