Delivery

UK DELIVERY
We use DPD to deliver the majority of our parcels in mainland UK.

DPD delivery is typically charged at a flat rate of £5.99 inc VAT this will be confirmed in your shopping cart prior to placing your order. (This is a subsidised price, we pay more than this). You can add many products to your cart and this rate will not change.

DPD offer a next day delivery - This is a next working day delivery 
and does not include weekends. Next day delivery is not guaranteed. Occasionally DPD may deliver your order on a Saturday or Sunday.

Where DPD do not service your delivery area, we use Royal Mail.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2-3 days, Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver with 24 hours. 

You will see these charges in your shopping cart once you have entered your address.

We reserve the right to use alternative postal providers as and when necessary.

Heavy Machinery

Items over 30KG have to be sent via a Pallet delivery service. The rates change based on the weight of the pallet and your location.

You will see the charge in your cart (or use the shipping calculator) - We have been able to obtain discounted rates for some of our heavy machinery - These are shown as a badge on the product category pages.

OVERSEAS ORDERS
We are not currently sending overseas due to the large number of delays and parcels going missing. You can use a mail forwarding service.

Description
• Sturdy cast iron construction with quiet 550W induction motor • 12 belt speeds 210-2,580 rpm for drilling wide variety of materials • Convenient rack and pinion table height adjustmentA good size bench pillar drill enabling you to drill accurate holes at consistent depths and angles. Made from cast iron and machined steel it’s sturdy, stable and strong. The keyless chuck is an excellent feature with a capacity of 1 to 16mm. Powered by a 550W induction motor, there are 12 belt speeds to choose from between 210-2,580rpm. The down feed is fitted with soft grip handles and there is a convenient drilling depth control. Table height is controlled via a rack and pinion system, the whole table assembly can be swivelled away to allow the base to be used as a work support. A front mounted NVR switch and the adjustable chuck guard add to the convenience of use. The belt cover has a safety switch to ensure safe speed changing. A great choice for any hobby workshop. Please note: the AW315PD is not suitable for a morticing attachment.
