UK DELIVERY
We use DPD to deliver the majority of our parcels in mainland UK.
DPD delivery is typically charged at a flat rate of £5.99 inc VAT this will be confirmed in your shopping cart prior to placing your order. (This is a subsidised price, we pay more than this). You can add many products to your cart and this rate will not change.
DPD offer a next day delivery - This is a next working day delivery
and does not include weekends. Next day delivery is not guaranteed. Occasionally DPD may deliver your order on a Saturday or Sunday.
Where DPD do not service your delivery area, we use Royal Mail.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2-3 days, Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver with 24 hours.
You will see these charges in your shopping cart once you have entered your address.
We reserve the right to use alternative postal providers as and when necessary.
Heavy Machinery
Items over 30KG have to be sent via a Pallet delivery service. The rates change based on the weight of the pallet and your location.
You will see the charge in your cart (or use the shipping calculator) - We have been able to obtain discounted rates for some of our heavy machinery - These are shown as a badge on the product category pages.
OVERSEAS ORDERS
We are not currently sending overseas due to the large number of delays and parcels going missing. You can use a mail forwarding service.

Tealight holders
Tealight holders to hold your candle tealights in your hand made items.
Each tealight is sold separately.
These tealight holders will stop you from damaging the wooden surround and are recommended when using live flame tea lights.
Simply bore a hole to the required depth and glue in the holder. Metal cups require a hole approximately 42mm diameter x 17mm deep. A forstner bit is an ideal to for this (The 43mm forstner bit works nicely).
Available in brass, black, copper and polished steel finishes.

The cups were good but the 43 mm Forstner bit made a hole that was a little too wide. I drilled a hole in the cup to screw it to the wood and this was a bit untidy. It was however disguised when a candle was inserted.
Ordered 10 tea light holders in three different colours. Delivered in about three days, no issues. Good product , good price. not seen black ones before so be interesting to see if my customers like them.
Used to create a custom wax melts
This was a repeat order as I really like these tealight cups. They retain their brightness and glue easily into a prepared hole.
